Before you start, have your MYOB client ID ready. You'll find your client ID in My Account (Manage account > Account details).

  • Priority Support (AccountRight users only). Jump the queue and get Priority Support from AccountRight specialists. Book a dedicated session with a support agent and get unhurried, tailored support in a 30-minute call.

  • Chat with support. Click the chat bubble at the bottom of any page and our virtual assistant MOCA can connect you to our support team.

  • Submit a support request. Log in to My Account and click Contact support. Let us know what help you need, and we’ll get back to you via email.

  • Call us. Our support team are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEDT/AEST on 1300 555 123.
