Belinda Phillips is the owner of Beyond Basics and provides consulting services to small businesses, Health Services, the Not for Profit (NFP) sector and NDIS provider organisations. Experienced in both financial and project management, Belinda is innovative and committed to continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting for business owners, management and the board.
Within the Health sector, Belinda has extensive project management experience on quality initiatives in health services. Projects have included the Barwon Health NDIS Implementation Project, Commercial Finance projects and Community Health service flow projects.
Belinda has extensive experience using accounting, budgeting, reporting and other business systems and has the analytical ability to get the results organisations want, looking at the outcomes required and identifying the systems needed to provide that.
