After more than a decade based in Burwood East, we’ve moved the Melbourne office to a hot new location – on top of a shopping centre.
The Melbourne office is currently on Level 3 of The Glen in Glen Waverley. Colliers International, which provided the office’s design and project management, called it the largest single-floor workspace in suburban Melbourne, fitting in 400 of us on one floor. The open plan concept was designed as a city, with several neighbourhood zones such as the festival, music, campsite and laneway zone.
Tim Reed sums up the new office:
“To have our Melbourne team all together on one floor – enjoying the new features, designs and amenities they helped build – has created a more collaborative and flexible working environment. We have already witnessed improved team collaboration in the first couple of weeks. We have state of the art TV monitors and agile walls all through the office space, multiple meeting rooms for different size working groups, research facilities so we can get closer to our clients, and multiple breakout spaces. We hope our new office further boosts team engagement, supports delivering great outcomes, and continues to foster a fun and dynamic environment.”
