MYOB CRM has been declared a winner at the 2023-2024 Cloud Awards program in the category of Best CRM in the Cloud, against hundreds of international entries.
Additionally, MYOB Acumatica, our mid-market ERP, was also a finalist for Best Platform as a Service and Best Cloud ERP or Payroll Solution.
The Cloud Awards has recognised innovation in cloud computing since 2011, spanning diverse industry sectors.
This follows our prestigious win last year for Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers — Small Business Accounting Software award.
MYOB was shortlisted 10 times, and was a finalist in three categories, at the 2023 SaaS Awards.
MYOB CRM, formerly known as Tall Emu, was acknowledged for its best-in-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.
MYOB CRM connects lead management, sales, stock, shipping and manufacturing processes. Significantly, this streamlines processes across the entire business for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Johnny Cussen, Head of MYOB CRM, says the team is immensely proud to receive the award for its CRM product.
“The MYOB business management platform has grown exponentially in the past few years, offering deeply integrated solutions to solve key workflows,” Johnny says.
“MYOB CRM has been a key part of this expansion, with its customer, sales and operating system going well beyond the functionality of a traditional CRM.
“MYOB is the only business management platform with a sole focus on the Australian and New Zealand market, and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges of this thriving segment.
“It’s great to receive international accolade for our efforts to support SMEs, recognising the work we’ve undertaken, and continue to embark on, to help local businesses start, survive and succeed.”
Additionally, James Williams, Head of Operations for the Cloud Awards, noted how the awards continue to lead the way in identifying innovative organisations who create world-changing technologies.
“MYOB is a truly impressive winner of a Cloud Award, taking cloud technologies to new heights,” he says.
“They impressed the panel with their market-leading innovations and it was a real pleasure to see them come top in their category.”
