It’s clear to me that my Christmas excitement levels are inversely proportionate to my age. In other words, the older I get, the less motivated I am to leap out of bed before sun-up to open my gift-wrapped socks.
No, what gets me excited nowadays is technology trade shows. The kind of event where all the groovy new stuff is on show. In the accounting world, these big events start popping up in calendars around February, and the one closest to my heart is MYOB INCITE.
So what’s on the agenda this year that makes MYOB INCITE worth getting out of bed for? What’s the gift we’ll metaphorically un-wrap together?
Here are my five:
While there’s a lot of noise about compliance dying and machines taking over transaction processing, there’s a lot to be excited about. There’s a bunch of opportunities for savvy accountants to optimise their workflows and branch out into business advisory.
From house captain at her school to judging NZ Idol, Jackie Clarke has brought her inimitable style to a plethora of roles.
Find out why MYOB is hanging out with the likes of Microsoft, MasterCard and American Express.
There’s a new-look partner program geared to bringing more value than ever to your relationship with MYOB.
Add-on evangelist Keran McKenzie brings his infectious enthusiasm to the wide world of add-on software to help personalise your clients’ business needs.
I’m looking forward to seeing you there!
