Do you know a small local business that could do with a business makeover?

Perhaps the café you get your daily coffee from could do with a fresh paint-job, or you wish the market stall holder you get fresh flowers from had a better website? What about that farmer you know who is always rushed off their feet?

At MYOB we understand how hard-working small business operators are. So often they can get so caught up in the day-to-day activities of running a business that they don’t have time to tick off the other things on their to-do list, let alone think about upgrading business management systems.

That’s why we would like to give a hard-working small business owner the opportunity for an MYOB SME Makeover!

The inaugural MYOB SME Makeover will take place in Taranaki in mid-October and we are looking for the most deserving SME to receive it.

We will transform the winning business – streamlining its business management systems by upgrading them to the latest cloud-based software, and giving staff the training and support needed to succeed.

On top of this, we’ll transform the customer-facing aspects of the business – whether that be by giving the shop a new lick of paint, sign-writing work vehicles or refreshing the website. We’ll also throw in a treat for the business owner to get away from work for a bit while we’re at it.

The business has to be based in the Taranaki region and available for two consecutive days within the period Oct 8–23 (can be a weekend). Full terms and conditions can be viewed here.
