Time Tracker

Add Time Clock (Clock In/Clock Out) with enhanced functionality throughout MYOB Acumatica. The Trabea Time Tracker introduces time clock capabilities throughout MYOB Acumatica built 100% within the Framework, no integrations or data syncs required for Clock In/Clock Out, Break Out/Break In, Lunch Out/Lunch In, and Set Tasks "on the fly".

CONSTRUCTION / PROJECT ACCOUNTING

  • Scan combined barcodes (QR) representing Project, Project Task, and Cost Codes (if applicable)

  • Location Tracking with the Acumatica Mobile App

  • Set up Project Geofences to default Project information on Clock In and warn users if they are outside the Geofence

  • Restrict Cost Code selection by Employee, Project/Project Task, and more

  • Ability to restrict Project and Project Task restriction to those with Labor Items in the budgets

OTHER ENTITIES

The Time Tracker allows defining a custom prefix representing the Entity Type such as SO for Sales Order or OP for Opportunity With the Custom Prefix, Combined Barcodes are supported representing the Entity Type, Document Type (if applicable), and Document Number Creates native Acumatica Time Activities.
