Annual Plan Offer – MYOB Business Suite (AU) terms and conditions

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?

This Offer is only available to:

  • New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia;

  • who purchase a 12-month subscription of MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro, (Eligible Product) upfront, during the Offer Period

(Eligible Customers).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 1 April 2025 until 30 April 2025 (Offer Period) unless otherwise varied by us. We reserve the right to amend, discontinue or extend the Offer at any time.

3. What’s included in the Offer?

On an annual subscription, Eligible Customers will be entitled to the following discounts:

  • 90% off (Initial Discount) for the pro rata remainder of an initial 12 month term after the Free Period (Initial Discount Period); then

  • 25% off (Ongoing Discount) after the initial 12 months (Ongoing Discount Period)

(collectively known as “the Offer Discount”).

The Offer Discount will be based on the then current standard full price of a base subscription for an Eligible Product, as advertised on MYOB’s website, at the time of purchase.

4. How do you accept the Offer?

An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by:

  • purchasing a new Eligible Product subscription for a 12-months, via our website;

  • and providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.

To accept this Offer, an Eligible Customer must pay the annual base subscription fees for the Eligible Product, at the time of purchase.

5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

(a) If an Eligible Customer cancels an Eligible Product subscription before the end of an Initial Discount Period or Ongoing Discount Period, they will not be eligible for a refund on fees already paid.

(b) This Offer only applies to the base subscription of an Eligible Product. Use of Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Payments.

(c) If an Eligible Customer accepts the Offer and makes a change to their subscription, before the end of the Initial Discount Period or Ongoing Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB AccountRight Plus subscription to an MYOB Accountright Premier subscription or vice versa, or an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa) the Offer Discount will only apply for the remainder of the pro rata Initial Discount Period or Ongoing Discount Period applicable. The 12-month subscription term will not reset.

(d) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. Our 90-day Money Back Guarantee does not apply if you redeem this Offer.

(e) The Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.

(f) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if an Eligible Customer has accepted the Offer prior to it being discontinued or varied.

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.

9. If an Eligible Customer has accepted this Offer as a result of an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the extension of the base subscription for the Eligible Product will be refunded.

10. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Definitions

New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business in Australia, that has:

  • not previously had, and does not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or

  • previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting this Offer.

Eligible Product means:

  • MYOB Business Lite

  • MYOB Business Pro

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
