Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to:
existing MYOB customers in Australia and New Zealand; and
eligible Members of the MYOB partner Program,
who have been contacted by MYOB to redeem this Offer,
in accordance with section 4 of these Terms (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 4 April 2025 until otherwise discontinued or varied by us (the Offer Period).
3. What is included in the Offer?
a) Eligible Customers will be entitled to:
a discounted price equal to 50% off the then current standard full price as advertised on our website (the Discounted Price);
on base subscription of
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
MYOB Accountright Basics;
MYOB AccountRight Standard;
MYOB AccountRight Plus; or
MYOB AccountRight Premier
(Eligible Product Subscription);
for a period of 12 months, billed monthly, from the date the Offer is accepted
(the Discount Period).
b) If the Eligible Customer cancels their Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Discount Period, then the Eligible Customer, must pay out the remainder of the Discount Period at the Discounted Price. For the purposes of this clause, upgrading between an Eligible Product Subscription is not deemed to be early termination and this clause will not apply.
4. How to accept the Offer?
An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period, by purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription through speaking with a MYOB sales agent, referencing the Offer and providing any information reasonably required by MYOB.
By redeeming the offer, an Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Offer terms.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
a. This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product Subscription. Use of Premium Features (such as Payroll or Online Invoice Payments or Premium Inventory) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
b. This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.
c. This Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.
d. This Offer, and any use of an Eligible Product Subscription, remains subject to the MYOB Business and MYOB AccountRight Terms of Use.
e. If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business AccountRight Plus to a MYOB Business AccountRight Premier subscription or vice versa, or if they change from a ‘Partner Pays’ to ‘Client Pays’ billing model), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the Eligible Product Subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website or determined by us, unless otherwise agreed. For example, when the Discount Period ends, Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program may still be entitled to a discount based on their membership tier.

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting
the Offer, will be refunded.
10. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia if you accept these terms in Australia; and these Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand if you accept these terms in New Zealand.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these Terms.
We, us, our or MYOB means:

Cremorne, Victoria 3121 if you accept these Terms in AustraliaMYOB NZ Limited (Company Number 902338) of 17 Sir William Pickering Drive,
