Offer Details  

1.  Who is eligible for the Offer?  
This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who: 

  • are customers of ANZ; and 

  • purchase and pay for a 1-month subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product during the Offer Period. 

(Eligible Customers).   

2.  When is the Offer available?  

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Monday, 3 February 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Monday, 30 June 2025 (the Offer Period).  

3.  What’s included in the Offer? 

The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a free base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product for a period of 11 months (Bonus Period) following the expiration of their initial paid subscription for 1 month.   

4.  How to accept the Offer:  An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer for SOLO by MYOB, MYOB Business Lite and MYOB Business Pro during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the Offer landing page. 
Fees due for the 1-month subscription may be split across two separate invoices and pro-rated, based on the day of the month the Eligible Customer signs up for the subscription. 

5.  Conditions and Limitations on the Offer 

(a)  This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory). 

(b)  Applications for optional Tap to Pay feature is subject to approval. Fees of $0.30 per transaction (incl of GST) + 1.6% of the total invoice apply. View terms and conditions here. 

(c)  This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.  

(d) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the corresponding product terms of use. 

(e) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Bonus Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB  Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Bonus Period. 

6.  What happens at the end of the Bonus Period?  

At the end of the respective Bonus Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website.

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.  

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws. 

9.  If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded. 

 10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia.  

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.  

Definitions 

  • Eligible MYOB Product means: 

    • Solo by MYOB; 

    • MYOB Business Lite; 

    • MYOB Business Pro; 

  • New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that: 

    • does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or 

    • previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer. 

  • Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions. 

  • ANZ means AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LIMITED (ABN  11 005 357 522) 

  • We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
