Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is only available to creators on the Fabulate platform, who have been invited to redeem the Offer by MYOB (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 17 June 2024 till 31 July 2024 (the Offer Period).
3. What is included in the Offer?
Eligible Customers will be entitled to a free subscription of MYOB Business Pro (Eligible Product Subscription) for a period of 12 months from the date the Offer is accepted (the Discount Period).
4. How do you accept the Offer?
An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period, by purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription:
through the Fabulate platform;
using the unique discount website link provided by MYOB; and
providing any information reasonably required by MYOB.
By redeeming the offer, an Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
a) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product Subscription. Use of Premium Features (such as Payroll, Online Invoice Payments and Inventory) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.
c) This Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.
d) This Offer can only be redeemed one time by each Eligible Customer.
e) This Offer, and any use of an Eligible Product Subscription, remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible Product Subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting the Offer, will be refunded.
10. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these Terms.
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
