Offer Details: Read Only Plan
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to existing MYOB customers in Australia or New Zealand who:
have a subscription to use an Eligible MYOB Product; and
receive an invitation to participate in the Offer during the Offer Period,
(Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from Wednesday, 19 June 2024 until Sunday 31 August 2024 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
An Eligible Customer who complies with section 4 will be entitled to pay a fee for a Read Only Plan for an Eligible MYOB Product equal to:
AUD $2.50 (including GST) per month for up to 12 months if the Eligible Customer is a business registered in Australia; or
NZD $2.50 (excluding GST) per month for up to 12 months if the Eligible Customer is a business registered in New Zealand.
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by:
purchasing a Read Only Plan for an Eligible MYOB Product:
from our website; or
by speaking to an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; and
providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer, including any other discount.
(b) This Offer, and any use of an Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the relevant product terms of use.
(c) An Eligible Customer will not be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any fees paid to MYOB for the Read Only Plan if they choose to switch from a Read Only Plan to a fully functional subscription plan before the end of a given calendar month.
General
6. We may vary or discontinue or vary the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
7. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
8. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Read Only Plan as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in:
the state of Victoria, Australia, if the Eligible Customer is a business that is registered in Australia; or
New Zealand, if the Eligible Customer is a business that is registered in New Zealand,
and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Definitions
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
MYOB Business AccountRight Plus;
MYOB Business AccountRight Premier;
MYOB Business AccountRight Standard;
MYOB Business AccountRight Basic;
MYOB Connected Ledger; or
MYOB Payroll Only.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
Read Only Plan means a subscription plan for an Eligible MYOB Product that allows an Eligible Customer to store and access their data on a read only basis.
We, us, our or MYOB means:
MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121, if the Eligible Customer is a business that is registered in Australia; or
MYOB NZ Limited (Company no. 902338) of Level 5, Eden 5, 12 Normanby Road, Mount Eden, Auckland, 1024, if the Eligible Customer is a business that is registered in New Zealand.
