Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available from MYOB to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who:
purchase a new NRMA Business Insurance policy or hold an existing NRMA Business Insurance policy (This includes all policies under the NRMA Insurance Business Insurance PDS. It excludes all other NRMA Insurance policies, including Farm Insurance and Motor Trades Insurance);
have consented to receiving marketing messages from NRMA Insurance;
purchase and pay for a 1 month subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product during via the offer landing page during the Offer Period,
(Eligible Customers). For the avoidance of doubt, this is not an NRMA Insurance offer.
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Monday, 14 October 2024 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Monday, 13 October 2025 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a free base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product for a period of 11 months (the Bonus Period) following the expiration of their initial 1 month subscription period.
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by navigating to the Offer landing page from the link provided by NRMA Insurance via email and following the instructions on the Offer landing page.
Fees due for the 1 month subscription may be split across two separate invoices and pro-rated, based on the day of the month the Eligible Customer signs up for the subscription.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(b) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Use of Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Invoice Payments.
(c) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(d) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the MYOB product terms of use.
(d) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Bonus Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa, or if they change from an MYOB AccountRight Plus subscription to an MYOB AccountRight Premier subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Bonus Period.
6. What happens at the end of the Bonus Period?
At the end of the Bonus Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website at www.myob.com.
7. NRMA Insurance Disclaimer
A) to the extent permitted by law, NRMA insurance (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
B) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
C) NRMA Insurance is not liable for any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Customer as a result of their participation in the Offer.
D) NRMA Insurance does not guarantee the quality of any Eligible MYOB or any other MYOB products or services, or their suitability for your circumstances.
General
8. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
9. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
10. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia.
12. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
NRMA Insurance means Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722, trading as NRMA Insurance of Level 13, Tower Two, Darling Park, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
MYOB AccountRight Plus; or
MYOB AccountRight Premier.
New and Returning MYOB Customers means customers that have:
not previously had, and do not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or
previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but have not been an MYOB customer for at least 3 months prior to the date of taking up this Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
