Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is only available to:
MYOB Partner Program members in Australia (including any member of the Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs); and
A bookkeeping or accounting practice registered in Australia who has commenced an application to become a MYOB Partner Program member;
on either a Partner Pays or Client Pays subscription plan (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 9am (AEST) 1 July 2024 until 5pm (AEST) on 23 December 2024 (the Offer Period).
3. What is included in the Offer?
Eligible Customers, who purchase and hold, until 30 September 2027 (Minimum Term), a new base subscription of MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus, MYOB Business AccountRight Premier, MYOB Business Connected Ledger and MYOB Business Connected Ledger and Payroll (Eligible Product Subscription), will be entitled to 40% discount off of the total subscription price, based on the then current standard full price as advertised on our website (Discounted Price).
4. How do you accept the Offer?
An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period, by purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription through an MYOB sales agent, referencing the Offer and providing any information reasonably required by MYOB.
By redeeming the offer, an Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
a) The Offer is only valid for Eligible Customers who hold their account for the Minimum Period.
b) If the Eligible Customer terminates their Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Minimum Term, then the Eligible Customer, via either Partner Pays or Client Pays method as applicable, must pay out the remainder of the Minimum Term at the Discounted Price.
c) This Offer onlyapplies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product Subscription. Use of Premium Features (such as Payroll, Online Invoice Payments and Inventory) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
d) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.
e) This Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.
f) This Offer, and any use of an Eligible Product Subscription, remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use.
g) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business AccountRight Plus to a MYOB Business AccountRight Premier subscription or vice versa, or if they change from a ‘Partner Pays’ to ‘Client Pays’ billing model), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible Product Subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB. For example, when the Discount Period ends, Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program may still be entitled to a discount based on their membership tier.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting the Offer, will be refunded.
10. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these Terms.
We, us, our or MYOB means:
