Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for this Offer?
This Offer is eligible to members of the MYOB Partner Program based in Australia, including any member of the:
Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs; and
Customers who have commenced their application to become an MYOB Partner Program member
(Eligible Customer).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 1 April 2025 to 31 July 2025 (Offer Period) unless otherwise discontinued or varied by us.
3. What is the Offer?
(a) Eligible Customers are entitled to receive, under the Offer:
75% off the of the then current standard full price (Discount Price) of MYOB Business Connected Ledger or MYOB Business Connected Ledger + Payroll (Eligible Product Subscriptions)
from the time of purchase until 11.59pm 31 December 2025 (Discount Period).
(b) Under this Offer, the Eligible Product Subscription purchased must be held until 1 January 2026 (Minimum Term). If you terminate an Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Minimum Term, you must pay the fees for entirety of the remainder of the Minimum Term at the Discount Price.
4. How to redeem the offer
An Eligible Customer can redeem this Offer during the Offer Period by purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription:
Via the Partner Dashboard; or
by speaking with an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; and
providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.
5. What happens at the end of the Discount Period and Minimum Term?
At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB. For example, the cost of the files may revert to pricing for your partner-level status under the MYOB Partner Program. By providing us your credit or debit card details and agreeing to our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis and you authorise us to charge the MYOB partner pricing fees for your relevant MYOB Partner program membership tier at the end of the Discount Period.
6. Conditions and Limitations
(a) Under this Offer, the Eligible Product Subscription must be held until 1 January 2026 (Minimum Term). If you terminate an Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Minimum Term (for example, due to the dissolution of your clients’ business), you must replace the Eligible Product Subscription to meet the Minimum Quantity, within 30 days, to continue receiving the Discounted Price.
(b) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product. Use of MYOB Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
(c) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from ‘Partner Pays’ to ‘Client Pays’ billing model), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
(d) The Offer cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases.
(e) The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.
General
A. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
B. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
C. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.
D. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.

Offer means this exclusive offer, which is offered to you by us under the Terms.
Terms means these terms and conditions.
You and your refers to the customer that is accepting this Offer under section 3
