Offer Details

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?

This Offer is available to:

  • New and returning MYOB Customers in Australia; and

  • Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program,

who purchase a subscription of MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro (Eligible Product) during the Offer Period (Eligible Customers).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Thursday, 15th January 2026 (the Offer Period).

3. What’s included in the Offer?

Eligible Customers who comply with Section 4 will be entitled to 50% off the then current standard full price, of the base subscription of an Eligible Product, for a period of 3 months (Discount Period) after an initial 30-day free trial period (Trial Period) .

4. How to accept the Offer:

An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period:

  • through our website;

  • by speaking with an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; or

  • via the Partner Dashboard.

5. Conditions and Limitations

(a) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product. Use of Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Invoice Payments.

(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.

(c) The Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.

(d) This Offer, and any use of an Eligible Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use.

(e) Eligible Customers must create a new data file in order to accept the Offer. If an Eligible Customer previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription, and extracted their data at the end of the trial or subscription period, they can follow these steps to import that data into their new data file.

(f) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period, the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period in MYOB’s sole discretion.

6. Can I terminate during the Trial Period?

If you wish to terminate during the Trial Period for any reason or no reason, you must terminate prior to the end of the Trial Period by contacting our customer support team in Australia. If you continue your subscription after the Trial Period, you will be rolled over to the Discount Period. See the MYOB Business Terms of Use for more information for your rights and obligations to cancel subscriptions after the end of the Trial Period.

7. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?

At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription of an Eligible Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB. For example, when the Discount Period ends, Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program may still be entitled to a discount based on their membership tier.

Definitions

Eligible Member of the MYOB Partner Program means:

  • a member of the MYOB Partner Program in Australia or New Zealand (including any member of the Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs); or

  • a bookkeeping or accounting practice registered in Australia or New Zealand that has started an application to become a member of the MYOB Partner Program, that accepts this Offer on behalf of a New and Returning MYOB Customer.

New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business in Australia or New Zealand, that has:

  • not previously had, and does not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or

  • previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting this Offer.

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
