1. Who is eligible for the Offer? 

This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who: 

  • are attendees of MYOB Community Events on from 31 March 2025 to 21 May 2025 or the FCFG National Workshop on 26 March and 27 March 2025

  • purchase and pay for a 12-month subscription for SOLO by MYOB Product during the Offer Period 

(Eligible Customers). 

2. When is the Offer available? 

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.S.T. on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Saturday, 31 May 2025 (the Offer Period).

3. What’s included in the Offer? 

The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a 12-month (Discount Period) base subscription of Solo by MYOB for $6AUD. 

4. How to accept the Offer: 

An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by using the promotional code provided when signing up. 

5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer 

(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees or charges apply for optional features like Tap to Pay. 

(b) Applications for Tap to Pay are subject to approval. Fees apply: $0.30 per transaction + 1.6% of the total invoice. Fees are inclusive of GST. View terms and conditions here. 

(c) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’. 

(d) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the Solo terms of use. 

6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period? 

At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website. 

General

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued. 

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws. 

9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded. 

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia. 

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information. 

Definitions

  • Eligible MYOB Product means: 

    • Solo by MYOB 

  • New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that: 

    • does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an Eligible MYOB product; or 

    • previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an Eligible MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer. 

  • Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.

  • We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
