Leading business management platform MYOB has received Canstar Blue's Most Satisfied Customers - Accounting Software award for the second year running, scoring five-out-of-five star ratings and outperforming the market in all categories including value for money, ease of use and client service.
Canstar Blue is one of the country’s most respected comparison websites, surveying a sample of Australian small-to-medium sized business owners, who rate their satisfaction with products or services across key areas.
According to the Canstar Blue satisfaction research, ease of use is now the key driver of customer satisfaction for accounting software in 2024, with MYOB awarded five stars in this category.
