High-performing MYOB Enterprise Partners and ISVs showcased in annual awards

Business management platform MYOB has unveiled the winners of its Enterprise Partner and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Awards, recognising their achievements at a ceremony held last night in Sydney.

As winners and nominees from Australia and New Zealand gathered for the event, a record 18 award winners were celebrated for their stand-out accomplishments over the last 12 months, with award categories highlighting the diverse contributions of partners and ISVs across sales, consultancy, customer service, community, innovation and marketing.

MYOB Executive General Manager – Enterprise, Kim Clarke, said the awards night continues to be a special moment to come together and honour exceptional results amongst the MYOB Enterprise community.

“2024 marked another huge year for our partners and we couldn’t be prouder to stand in their corner and celebrate their efforts with these awards. The support, solutions, and expertise they deliver every day for mid-sized businesses across Australia and New Zealand are invaluable. It is their passion and knowledge that has seen a growing number of local businesses innovate their operations and harness technology, so they can truly thrive and succeed.

“As more businesses on both sides of the Tasman look to maximise opportunities for growth in 2025, our partners will continue to play an important role - ensuring they’re backed by platforms that will help them unlock efficiencies and run at pace,” Kim added.

Partners of the Year

Recognising their consistency in delivering high-quality outcomes for their customers, the evening’s top accolades for Partner of the Year, went to two of MYOB’s Diamond Partners. Stratus Consulting Group scooped the Australian title, following a previous overall win for the firm in 2021. Meanwhile, the New Zealand Partner of the Year award went to Kilimanjaro Consulting - a noteworthy eighth Partner of the Year win for the business.

“Both Stratus Consulting and Kilimanjaro Consulting have had an outstanding 12 months – from their sales strategies delivering impressive customer growth, to the calibre of consultancy and service they offer their customers year after year,” Kim explained. “It is a privilege to honour them tonight and we look forward to seeing them elevate the performance of more mid-sized businesses in the year ahead,” Kim Clarke said.

The respective Partners of the Year also shared their sentiments on the night.

Mark Belkin – Director, Stratus Consulting Group: “This win means so much. We’ve been MYOB partners for close to 15 years and these awards have always been something to aspire to. We’re so proud of our teams and it’s an amazing feeling to get recognition for their hard work. We had a really strong finish to the year, so we are rapt.”

Ronnie Baskind - Founder and Managing Director, Kilimanjaro Consulting, said: “The last 12 months has been really challenging, particularly given the difficult economic landscape in New Zealand and winning this award as New Zealand Partner of the Year is particularly poignant for us because of these conditions. Winning this award is a great feeling. It’s encouraging and motivating for the team – and with Kilimanjaro Consulting and our people being finalists in so many categories as well as this win, it has really been nice recognition for us all.”

Celebrating their efforts in providing tailored ERP solutions to meet the needs of businesses in the construction industry, Stratus Consulting Group also took out top honours for Construction Partner of the Year, while Momentum Software Solutions was presented with the Manufacturing Partner of the Year award for their deep understanding of the needs of their manufacturing sector clients.

New award categories launched

To acknowledge the cutting-edge and diverse approaches embraced by a growing number of partners and ISVs, this year also saw several new award categories launched, one being Innovative App of the Year. TIG Freight took home this award, for their end-to-end integrated shipping solution that can tackle the most complex logistics challenges. Another new category for 2024, Rising Star of the Year, was won by COGTEK. Since becoming a partner in 2023, COGTEK has shown a strong commitment to education and always striving to hone their skills on the MYOB Acumatica platform.

Also new this year is the Women in Tech Award, which goes to an individual who not only excels in their role in their business and supporting their customers, but who actively champions other women in technology and advocates for inclusion and diversity. We’ve tried out some new marketing approaches and we’re starting to see some good results. Winning the Women in Tech award is very special, and I can see that this is more than just about me. It’s about letting all the women in our industry know what’s possible.”

It was a tough year for many, but we grew a hell of a lot and achieved what we set out to do. I’m very proud of the whole team. This year we gained a lot of confidence.
