Use MOCA (our virtual assistant)

Use MYOB software
From MYOB Practice: click the help icon (?) in the left menu bar and select Live chat.
From AE/AO: click the MYOB Practice icon on the top menu and login using your MYOB credentials. Once logged in, click the help icon (?) in the left menu bar and select Live chat.

9 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) for help with tax
7 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) for everything else (except Nimbus and MPM)
What products do we support?
We’ve expanded live chat support to cover AE/AO and MYOB Practice (except Nimbus and MPM). However, we can't assist with every issue through live chat.
