make sure you have no outstanding payments on your account for it

(Australia only) if you use payroll, make sure you've paid all outstanding super payments

(Australia only) if you use payroll, finalise your STP info to notify the ATO you'll no longer be submitting payroll from AccountRight

download copies of any documents from your In Tray

turn off any invoice reminders and unpaid invoice summaries.

You can cancel your subscription by calling us on 1300 940 281.
If you call outside MYOB business hours (9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday). you'll need to leave your details so we can call you back.

Instead of cancelling a company file subscription, you can:
move your company file data to MYOB Business
continue to use your company file with the current subscription. You'll be billed the new subscription rate for all additional files at your next billing cycle.
