Download copies of any documents you have in your Uploads

Save the data you need by exporting data or producing reports. At a minimum, you'll want the General ledger detail and the Balance Sheet report

If you're not sure what you should keep, check with an accounting advisor

(Australia only) if you use payroll, make sure you've paid all outstanding super payments

(Australia only) if you use payroll, finalise your Single Touch Payroll information. This ensures the ATO are notified that you'll no longer be submitting payroll information from MYOB

turn off any invoice reminders and unpaid invoice summaries.

If you request to cancel your subscription through My Account, we will contact you within 48 hours. Please note that we require 10 calendar days' notice before your next billing date to process your cancellation (please refer to the MYOB Business Terms of Use)

If you request a credit or refund through My Account, we will process your request within 5 business days.

Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com).
Click Manage my product.
If required, click Go to product for the product you want to cancel.
Click Cancel subscription.
Read the displayed info and follow the prompts to submit your cancellation request.
We'll confirm your cancellation via email within 48 hours. Please note that we require 10 calendar days' notice before your next billing date to process your cancellation.

FAQs
Can I resubscribe after cancelling my subscription?
You can resubscribe within 60 days of cancelling your subscription. This means you'll be able to continue using your MYOB business file without having to start a new one.
If it's been more than 60 days since you cancelled your subscription, you'll need to sign up for a new subscription and create a new business file. Contact us if you need help.
To resubscribe
Sign into My Account.
Click Manage my product.
Click Resubscribe now.
Review your subscription details, then click Confirm.
Your subscription is renewed straight away.
