To edit an invoice, go to Money in, open the invoice and tap the Edit button at the top of the screen. If you’ve changed something in the invoice that the customer needs to know about, re-send them the latest invoice so they have an updated copy.
Go to Money in and scroll down and tap View all invoices.
Open the invoice.
Tap the Edit button at the top of the screen and update the details. You can also edit the note to let them know that this is the latest invoice.
Tap Save and choose if you want to send the updated invoice or save it for later.
Deleting an invoice
Note: If your customer has already made payments, you’ll need to delete them first. Open the invoice, scroll to the bottom, tap the three dots (…) on the payment and delete it.
To delete an invoice, go to Money in, scroll down and tap View all invoices. Now open the invoice, tap More then tap Delete invoice.

Can a customer open an old invoice after I’ve changed or deleted it?
Your customer may still be able to see the old invoice and pay the original amount. So it’s a good idea to let the customer know that you’ve changed or deleted an invoice so they don’t pay for the old one. If you’ve made a change, you can send the updated invoice.
