When opening or creating FBT returns from AE/AO, if you see any of these errors, follow the steps for a fix.
Unable to create FBT return. Check your contacts are up to date and try again.

If you see this error, it is likely a contact sync service issue.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the contact sync.
Ensure contact sync is activated.
Make a small change to the contact in AE/AO and check if the record is updated in MYOB Practice. If you see the change in MYOB Practice, try to create the FBT again.
If you don't see your change in MYOB Practice:
Ask your administrator or IT to restart the contact sync service on the server:
Open your Windows Start menu and type services.
Select Services.
Locate the MYOB Sync Client Service.
Right-click the service and select Restart.
Try to create the FBT again.
The FBT return is taking longer than usual. Once it's created, we'll add it to the client's tax returns page

If you see this error, this might be a time-out issue. Check if the FBT is created, if not try creating FBT again.
