Who is eligible for the Offer?
1. This Offer is available to:
existing MYOB customers in New Zealand who currently have an offline perpetual license for MYOB Business AccountRight Basics, MYOB Business AccountRight Standard, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or MYOB Business AccountRight Premier; or
previous MYOB customers in New Zealand who have a cancelled or expired subscription license for MYOB Business AccountRight Basics, MYOB Business AccountRight Standard, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or MYOB Business AccountRight Premier; and
who redeems this Offer in accordance with section 4 of these Terms (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 5 June 2024 until 31 January 2025 (the Offer Period).
3. What is included in the Offer?
Eligible Customers will be entitled to pay a discounted price, equal to 20% of the then current standard full price as advertised on our website, for an online subscription to MYOB Business AccountRight Basics, MYOB Business AccountRight Standard, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or MYOB Business AccountRight Premier (Eligible Product Subscription), for a period of 12 months from the date the Offer is accepted (the Discount Period).
4. How do you accept the Offer?
An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period, by speaking with an MYOB sales agent or referencing the Offer; and providing any information reasonably required by MYOB.
By redeeming the offer, an Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
a) Only Eligible Customers with a current or previous license for MYOB Business AccountRight Basics and MYOB Business AccountRight Standard can redeem the Offer for an equivalent online base subscription to MYOB Business AccountRight Basics to MYOB Business AccountRight Standard. Customers with MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or MYOB Business AccountRight Premier licenses cannot redeem this Offer for an online base subscription of MYOB Business AccountRight Basics or MYOB Business AccountRight Standard.
b) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product Subscription. Use of Premium Features (such as Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
c) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.
d) This Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.
e) This Offer, and any use of an Eligible Project Subscription remains subject to the MYOB Business AccountRight Terms of Use.
f) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business AccountRight Plus license to a MYOB Business AccountRight Premier subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible Product Subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting the Offer, will be refunded.
10. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these Terms.
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB NZ Limited (Company Number 902338) of 17 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053 if you accept these Terms in New Zealand.
