Start your chat from MYOB Practice
Open MYOB Practice, click the help icon (?) in the left menu bar and select Live chat from the menu.
If you're in AE/AO, click the MYOB Practice icon on the top menu and login using your MYOB credentials.
Live chat hours

9 am to 5 pm for help with installation or tax help, or
9 am to 9 pm for everything else (except Nimbus and MPM)
What products do we support?
We’ve expanded live chat support to cover AE/AO and MYOB Practice (except Nimbus and MPM). However, we can't assist with every issue through live chat.
