Adding a client to an existing portal

After you've created a client, you can either create a portal for them, or add them to an existing portal.

Add a client to an existing portal

  1. Go to Clients > Portal list.

  2. Find the portal you want to add the client to and click Edit (the pen icon).

  3. Click + Add a client and type your client's name in the text field. Keep adding as many clients as required, by clicking + Add a client below the client already listed.

  4. Add any new users who will need to log into the portal:

    • To add a full access user, click + Add a full access user and type your user's name in the text field, or click + Create new user if they aren't already entered as users in MYOB Practice.
      Keep adding as many full access users as required, by clicking + Add a full access user below the user already listed.

    • To add a contributor, click + Add a contributor and type your user's name in the text field, or click + Create new user if they aren't already entered as users in MYOB Practice.
      Keep adding as many contributors as required, by clicking + Add a contributor below the user already listed.

    • To remove a full access user or contributor from the portal, click associated with the user.
